The focus of this program is to show the similarities and differences that these birds share as well as their different hunting adaptations they use to survive. The raptors featured in this program are all native to New England and include the Red-tailed Hawk, Peregrine Falcon, American Kestrel and the Great Horned Owl. A wealth of fact and folklore about these masters of the night explains the natural and unnatural history of owls. The owls featured in this program are all native to New England and include the Eastern Screech Owl, Barred Owl, Great Horned Owl and the Barn Owl.
