Jr Great Books, Grade 1
First grade participants meet one Wednesday afternoon per month. As part of a curriculum designed to foster critical reading, participants read one assigned story each month before attending the program and discuss why the characters might make the specific choices they do. Click HERE to register.

Second grade participants meet one Tuesday afternoon per month. An established book club format, where short stories feature themes of friendship, courage and responsibility, as students begin reading for meaning and sharing ideas around what they have read.
