Library Fees, Renewals, & Overdues
Many circulating materials can be renewed. Renew materials at the Library by phone at (978) 356-6648 (ext 0) or through our online catalog. You may renew children’s materials by calling (978) 412-8713. Those that are non-renewable are museum passes, binge boxes, reference items, and hot titles.

Fines Policy and Other Charges
Fines
The Library no longer charges overdue fines for any circulating items. Patrons are billed only for the replacement cost of lost and damaged items. Borrowing privileges may be suspended at all libraries in the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium (MVLC) if fines are owed or materials are not returned. If your account is billed, you can make payment in person at the library, or log in to your patron account and pay online with a credit card.
